Iloho Terms of Service

1.By using the web pages available at www.iloho.com, and all linked pages ("Site"), which property of World Air Service (Holdings) Limited ("iloho"), a Hong Kong corporation, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service").
2.Please read this user agreement carefully before using the services provides by iloho. By accessing www.iloho.com or using any part of the iloho site or any content or services (each is defined below) on the site, you agree to become bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the site or use the content or any services provided by the site. iloho’s acceptance is expressly conditioned upon your assent to all of these terms and conditions, to the inclusion of all other terms; if these terms and conditions are considered an offer by iloho, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.
Modifications of Terms of Service
3.iloho reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the User Agreement at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Service, iloho will notify you via email. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at iloho’s sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Services by you following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Terms of Service as modified.

1.Subject to full compliance with the User Agreement, iloho may offer to provide certain services and content, as described more fully on the Site, ("Services"). Services shall include, but not be limited to, any service and content iloho performs for you, as well as the offering of any materials displayed or performed on the Site (including, but not limited to text, user comments, messages, information, data, graphics, news articles, photographs, images, itineraries, airline data, flight data, software, audio clips and video clips, also known as the "Content") on the Site.
2.iloho may change, suspend or discontinue the Services including any Content for any reason, at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. iloho may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

1.iloho may require that you register and /or set up an account to use certain portions of the Service, or the Service as a whole. In order to do so, you will be required to select a password and screen name ("iloho User ID"). You shall provide iloho with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. You agree and represent that all iloho User ID information provided by you is accurate and up-to-date. If any of your iloho User ID information changes, you must update it by editing your customer profile on the Service.

3.iloho reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel an iloho User ID in its discretion. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your iloho password.
4.The Service is made available to you for your personal use only. Due to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (which is available at http://www.ftc.gov/ogc/coppa1.htm), you must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use this Service.

1.As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Service, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by iloho.
2.By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Services:

- i.to abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other iloho users;
- ii.to contribute any Content that is infringing, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party;
- iii.for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. If you are an international user, you agree to comply with all Hong Kong laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content;
- iv.to post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any iloho user;
- v.to create or submit unwanted email ("Spam") to any other iloho users or any URL;
- vi.to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws);
- vii.to submit stories or comments linking to affiliate programs, multi-level marketing schemes, sites/blogs repurposing existing stories (source hops), or off-topic content;
- viii.with the exception of accessing RSS feeds, you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not: (i) take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (ii) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activities conducted on the Site; or (iii) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site;
- ix.with the intention of artificially inflating or altering the iloho count, blog count, comments, or any other iloho service, including by way of creating separate user accounts for the purpose of artificially altering iloho’s services; giving or receiving money or other remuneration in exchange for votes; or participating in any other organised effort that in any way artificially alters the results of iloho’s services.

3.iloho may remove any Content and iloho accounts at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content), or for no reason at all. To report Terms of Service abuse, please email: abuse@iloho.com

1.By uploading, submitting or otherwise disclosing or distributing Content of any kind at or on the Site or otherwise through the Services, unless source quoted, you represent and warrant that you own all rights in the Content and you agree that the Content will be subject to the Creative Commons Public Domain License, available here.
2.iloho may make it possible to post images and text hosted on iloho to outside websites. This use is accepted. However, pages on other websites which display data hosted on iloho must provide a link back to iloho and include an appropriate credit.
Regarding photography or other images submitted to iloho
1.iloho does not claim ownership of any image submitted to the site and you retain the copyright of all images uploaded. However, by uploading images, you assign iloho and its partners or successors a perpetual non-exclusive world-wide royalty-free license to publish that material on the World Wide Web and/or to distribute the material via email and / or to use the material for marketing and PR purposes. You grant iloho the right to edit, modify, quote, or reformat uploaded images and text, including the right to include advertisements and hyperlinks. You grant other users the right to quote your material in their own postings on the Site.

1.We claim no ownership over the Content that you upload to iloho. However, by uploading the Content to the Service, you grant iloho a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, and prepare derivative works of, such Content, in any format or medium now known or later developed, solely on and through the Service, subject to these Terms of Service. You represent and warrant that you have sufficient rights to grant this license.
2.iloho undertakes to obey all relevant copyright laws. We will review all claims of copyright infringement received and remove content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws. To make a claim, please provide us with the following:

i.A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorised to act on its behalf;
ii.A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
iii.A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit iloho to locate the material;
iv.Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email;
v.A statement by you that you believe, in good faith, that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
vi.A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iloho and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, iloho will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action.

You represent and warrant that (a) all of the information provided by you to iloho to participate in the Services is correct and current; and (b) you have all necessary right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the acts required of you hereunder.

1.iloho may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because iloho has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that iloho is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.
2.You further acknowledge and agree that iloho shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

1.The Service is made available to you for your convenience on an "as is" and "as available" basis. iloho does not warrant or make any representations or warranties (including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, reliability or non-infringement) regarding the use or the results of the use or the contents of the Service. You understand that the Service may have software "bugs" and may have other issues affecting availability and functionality. In addition to all other disclaimers and limitations of liability contained in these Terms of Service, you specifically agree that iloho is not liable for any of the above issues. Moreover, you understand that iloho does not warrant that the Service will be available in all geographical areas or through all Internet devices (e.g. mobile phones, wireless handheld devices).
2.iloho shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the service, or the results or the contents thereof, to the greatest extent permitted by law.
3.If you are dissatisfied with the Service, or have any other disputes or claims with or against iloho with respect to the Service or these Terms of Service, then your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service.

1.iloho may terminate or suspend any and all of its Services and your iloho account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the terms or conditions of the Terms of Service. Upon termination of your account, your right to use certain areas and functions of the Services will immediately cease.
2.If you wish to terminate your iloho account, you may simply discontinue using the Services. All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

1.No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of the Terms of Service and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind iloho in any respect whatsoever.
2.The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. iloho shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond iloho's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation (including "line-noise" interference).
3.If any provision of the Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms of Service shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

1."iloho", "iloho it", "iloho-ed", "iloho this", and other iloho graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are registered trademarks, trademarks or trade dress of iloho in the U.S. and other countries.
2.iloho's trademarks and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion.
3.The images and icons available in the iloho icon pack may used by partner and third party sites in connection with providing appropriate "iloho This" and "Submit to iloho" links to the iloho site.
