TERMS AND CONDITIONS – RACE FOR THE SKY
- All entries must be received by midnight Saturday 31 January 2009 and a winner will be announced on Monday 2 February 2009.
- In the event that a Winner or Runner-Up fails to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 5 days of receiving notification, then iloho reserves the right to substitute them with another Entrant of its choice.
- The Competition is open to those aged 18 years and over, excluding employees, agents (or families of such employees or agents) of iloho or anyone else connected with the administration of the Competition.
- No purchase necessary.
- Only one prize per person is permitted and entries are open to residents of all countries.
- Entry to this draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries will only be accepted on the official internet form.
- Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, whether due to technical problems or otherwise. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries are the property iloho.
- Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
- One Winner will receive one business class round the world air ticket, including up to five free stopovers. The winner will be supplied with a number of round the world booking websites where from where they can plan an itinerary and book a trip. The price limit for the total inclusive ticket price is USD 8,000. Anything above this amount must be paid by the winner.
- Once the reservation has been made, no amendments can be made unless the booking provider allows for it.
- The prize is valid for one year only and must be booked by 1 January 2010 (no extensions permitted).
- The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The prize must be taken by the person entering the competition.
- The two Runners-Up in positions 2 and 3 on the iloho "Race for the Sky" leaderboard at the time the competition closes will receive one Canon digital camera of their choice each. The price limit per camera is USD 500. Winners must inform iloho within seven days of the camera model of their choice. The camera will then be delivered to them within 80 days.
- The eight Runners-Up in positions 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 on the iloho "Race for the Sky" leaderboard at the time the competition closes will receive one iloho travel pack each. The iloho travel pack includes one iloho MP3 speaker, one 1GB USB stick, 1 iloho travel pillow, 1 iloho t-shirt, 1 iloho cap and 1 iloho pen. These Runners-Up should allow 80 days for delivery.
- Proof of age will be required before the Prizes can be given. The Prizes include nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the Prize. Entrants should be aware that the Prize may be subject to terms and conditions of third parties for which iloho is not responsible or liable and by entering the Competition all Entrants are therefore deemed to have accepted and be bound by those terms and conditions.
- There are no substitute products or cash alternatives.
- Iloho’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Iloho reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
- The Winner and Runners-Up of the Competition agree to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by iloho. The Winner and Runners-Up of the Competition agree to the publication of their respective name and county.
- The details that entrants provide in connection with the Competition will be held by iloho. Entrants' name, address, location, email address and other relevant information provided will only be used by iloho for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the Competition and Prize draw and to arrange the Prize unless Entrants consent otherwise. Other information provided will be aggregated in the form of statistics to identify trends and Entrants' names will remain anonymous.
- As far as permitted by law iloho excludes all liability in connection with the Competition or the Prize awarded or not awarded in connection with the Competition.
- By entering this competition, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
- Hong Kong law applies and the Hong Kong courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
- Entrants must read and accept the website terms and conditions and privacy statement to be eligible
