The hotels and government are investing a lot of money in revitalizing and rejuvenating Waikiki these days and the shopping is no exception. The latest is the continued change taking place at the Royal Hawaiian Center, formerly known as the big concrete bunker in the middle of Waikiki. Some pretty cool places are opening up.
