Outstanding service and service offering, the cabin atmosphere and food was excellent. It was a night flight and I woke up in Dubai the next day in the morning, my seat was the size of a small single bed. (Boeing 777-400er), it just took 12 seconds from pressing the 'service' button until the stewartess came to my seat and asked if she can be of any assistance. Oustanding! Will fly again with Emirates, although I have to change aircrafts in Dubai.

it was a pretty nice flight, the wine-card and the menu was outstanding, they offered Godiva chocolate at the very beginning with Moet champagne and as welcome a small beauty case, including "Shaver, Bulgary After Shave, Bulgary Eau de Toilette, Bulgary Body Lotion, Deo, toothbrush, toothpaste, tissues,...." The lounge in Dubai was very comfi, showers very clean and breakfast buffet was in 2 floors available. I will fly again with Emirates Business Class.

They way I see is that Emirates should take their Airbus A340 aircrafts out of their program, their Boeing 767 or the A380 are a lot better, the cabin atmosphere is a lot better and the inflight entertainment has a lot more to offer.

The flight was a bit earyly in the morning, but I had to take it, in order to arrive in London via DXB on time. There was a hair on my blanket, service was nice as usual. I dislike flying with Emirates Airbus, rather like their Boeing Aircrafts. Their inflight-entertainment is old and not user-friendly.

This flight was not that bad, unfort. I had to fly Economy, but the Economy-Class cabin is offering also a good experience. Emirates has the ICE inflight entertainment, the options to chose menus and might be probably better than other carrier's Business Class.
